Country President (Singapore)

About the role

The Country President of Singapore oversees all aspects of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and profitability. The role covers growth, compliance and sustainability, cultivates a high-performance culture and represents the organization to external stakeholders, aligning country operations with global strategy. It reports to the Chief Operating Officer, AMEA, and is based in the Securitas Singapore office in Changi Business Park under a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategy and business plan, collaborate with the leadership team and ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Foster a performance culture focused on commercial excellence, setting objectives and measuring progress
• Oversee country operations, drive a growing margin and diverse business mix, and lead business and digital transformation programs
• Promote talent management, champion initiatives supporting Securitas values and ethics, and foster a culture of ethics, collaboration, accountability and performance
• Build relationships with authorities and government bodies, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and position the business as a thought leader

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management or finance; a master's in a related field is advantageous
• Broad general management experience with strategic, market/client focus and operational performance skills
• Experience in services sectors within large organizations, and leadership in cross-functional and matrix organizations for local and international customers
• Proven leadership in transformation processes and knowledge of multi-site B2B services
• Experience managing large workforces across multiple sites is preferred
• Fluent in Business English; holding a Security Agency Licence, or eligibility to obtain one, is obligatory
