Creative Strategist – AI‑Driven Marketing (APAC)

About the role

As a Creative Strategist on the APAC Creative Shop team, you will harness AI‑driven approaches to reshape how marketing strategies are conceived and executed. You will work with large language models, Meta AI tools, and short‑form video formats to create campaigns that deliver measurable business results for leading global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Set creative vision and build strategic plans that prioritize high‑impact business opportunities for clients and Meta.
• Develop and operationalise AI‑powered creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action.
• Build and nurture relationships with client teams across sales, creative, and agency partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal partnerships to align goals and enable collaborative success.
• Identify creative challenges, deploy emerging AI experiences quickly, and scale effective ideas.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in brand and performance marketing or advertising.
• Proven track record creating paid social media campaigns and short‑form video content across multiple industries.
• Experience influencing C‑level clients and agencies.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising.
