About the role
Tommy, a multi‑award‑winning global creative and production studio, is looking for a mid‑weight Creative Strategist to shape and execute innovative marketing campaigns for top‑tier brands.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and become an expert on their business and social objectives.
- Develop and communicate insights from brand, audience, culture and category to craft storytelling‑focused strategies.
- Lead creative ideation, strategic development and ongoing management of comprehensive campaigns for brands such as Google, YouTube, Netflix and HBO Max.
- Collaborate across agency functions to generate ideas and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct rigorous research, including on‑the‑ground interviews, to become the voice of the customer.
- Pitch strategic concepts to clients, secure new business and oversee creative implementation after approval.
Required profile
- 4‑5+ years of strategy experience in a creative or research environment.
- Proven track record of launching global campaigns that connect consumers to entertainment or technology brands.
- Deep understanding of the full campaign lifecycle from strategy to tactical execution.
- Ability to articulate and present creative strategies to marketing stakeholders.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of tech, social and digital trends and their impact on brands.
- Proactive, resourceful self‑starter who can wear multiple hats and solve problems independently.
