About the role

The Customer Acquisition Specialist converts high‑intent inbound interest into new Business and Enterprise customers for AI‑driven solutions. You will qualify prospects, conduct consultative discovery, and guide them through a value‑focused sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via calls, email, and digital channels.
  • Conduct structured discovery to uncover use cases, technical needs, and decision criteria.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature, meeting activity, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Provide customer feedback, competitive insights, and product opportunities to internal teams.
  • Stay current on product features, AI/ML market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of inside sales or closing experience in SaaS, preferably high‑velocity or SMB environment.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
  • Experience with consultative selling frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and structured sales call processes.
