Customer Acquisition Specialist Internship

About the role
The Customer Acquisition Specialist (Intern) will help Rainmakers Guild grow its client base by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers. You will work closely with advisors to refine outreach messaging and support initiatives that drive acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate prospecting activities and manage acquisition program timelines.
- Track performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare reports for the consulting team.
- Collaborate with advisors to improve messaging and support client‑focused events.
- Continuously refine acquisition processes based on feedback and data insights.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and market‑research abilities to understand customer segments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects and presenting findings.
- Interest in financial services and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and willing to take initiative.
