Customer Care Executive – 1 Year Contract (Contact Centre)

About the role

Join a dynamic contact centre team as a Customer Care Executive, providing timely and professional assistance to policyholders. You will be the voice of the company, helping customers resolve inquiries and guiding them toward suitable insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries across multiple channels while maintaining high accessibility standards.
• Listen actively, empathise, and provide clear, relevant advice to customers.
• Recommend appropriate policies and refer complex cases to client advisers.
• Complete post‑case administration for future reference and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC, diploma or degree in any field; insurance certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, clear phone communication, and a patient, result‑oriented attitude.
