Customer Experience Executive

About the role

The Customer Experience Executive will deliver exceptional service to students and parents of Aureus Academy, Singapore’s leading music school. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will handle enquiries, schedule trial lessons, resolve issues and support the centre’s operational flow. The role contributes to student retention and overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to email, WhatsApp and phone inquiries promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Book trial lessons, manage scheduling and coordinate with teachers.
• Resolve student or parent issues efficiently and maintain positive interactions.
• Communicate transparently with internal teams and proactively raise concerns.
• Meet internally defined Service‑Level Agreements for response times.
• Support opening, operating and closing procedures for the assigned centre(s).
• Assist teachers and other internal stakeholders within SLA limits.
• Contribute to team goals and help minimise student turnover.
