Customer Experience Specialist (Call Center)

About the role

Delta Air Lines is looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialists to join its high‑energy call centre in Singapore. In this role you will interact with travelers, understand their needs and provide accurate, courteous assistance while ensuring compliance with airline and DOT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls efficiently and courteously, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Assess passenger needs, offer solutions, and promote additional travel‑related products.
• Process reservations, calculate costs, issue tickets and re‑book alternate flights as required.
• Maintain compliance with Delta policies and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
• Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to member retention and loyalty.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Excellent spoken and written business‑level English.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including five days between Monday and Sunday.
• Professional attitude, dependability and capacity to handle stressful situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer applications, email, instant messaging and internet searches.
