Customer Service Assistant (5/6 days week – Jurong East)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jurong East. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and supporting order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Prepare and manage documentation for orders, billing and inventory.
• Generate billing invoices and assist with inventory and order reporting.
• Maintain accurate data entry in internal customer and warehouse management systems.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
• Support daily operations and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• GCE O Level qualification.
• Independent, proactive attitude with a positive mindset.
• Ability to provide operational support when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas and data linking.

What we offer

• Full‑time position with a salary range of SGD 2,000 – 3,200 per month.
