Customer Service Executive – Contact Centre

About the role

OCBC is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its Contact Centre in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, delivering prompt and personalized assistance on a wide range of consumer financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
• Achieve first‑contact resolution by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, feedback and complaints, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Perform diligent follow‑ups and track open cases until closure.
• Promote a customer‑centric experience through strong communication and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling, upselling and promotional offers where appropriate.
