Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will provide front‑line support for the sales team of a retail advertising service provider. Based in Potong Pasir, Singapore, you will handle client enquiries, process sales documentation and assist with order coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and process sales‑related documents such as quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including reviewing visuals, floor plans and preparing installation reports.
• Coordinate order processing and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments to facilitate smooth business operations.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Level qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a basic salary of SGD 2,500–3,000 per month plus performance bonus.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
