About the role
This temporary position supports the company's customer service operations across Singapore. You will work onsite in Woodlands, handling calls and emails while providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to email enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide information on appointments, requests and general enquiries.
- Perform data entry, filing and document management.
- Update and process requests in internal systems and prepare related reports.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when needed.
Required profile
- Minimum degree holder.
- Available to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
- Able to commit to a temporary contract until December 2026.

- Monthly salary range SGD 2,000‑4,000 (depending on hours).
