Customer Service Representative – Beauty & Wellness

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a professional beauty and wellness company. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications, bookings, and payments while delivering a high‑standard service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold‑call outreach to prospective clients to secure service bookings.
• Provide attentive customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage reception duties, greet clients, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Conduct reminder calls to reduce no‑shows.
• Prepare and process accurate invoices for services rendered.
• Perform day‑end sales settlement and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain a positive, outgoing attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate effectively to build rapport and foster a sociable atmosphere.

Required skills

• Competitive salary with commission and allowance.
• Work schedule: Weekdays 11 am‑9 pm; weekends and public holidays 10 am‑6 pm.
• Six weekdays and one Sunday off per month, with public‑holiday replacement days.
