Customer Service Representative – Jurong East

About the role

Join UPS as a Customer Service Representative based in Jurong East, supporting both air and sea import & export operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and act as the first point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Manage account expectations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop KPI reports and scorecards tailored to customer requirements.
• Process stock in/out transactions using SAP.
• Assist in creating SOPs, work instructions, and process improvements.
• Support distribution and operations as needed.
• Ensure timely execution of daily air/sea import and export activities.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘N’ level qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in air and sea operations with a focus on customer service.
• Meticulous, accurate, and able to multitask with a positive attitude.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the customer’s location in Jurong.
