Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering clear, empathetic assistance across email, chat and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in our CRM, track open cases and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain high quality and communication standards, handling complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, empathy and patience.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using email and chat tools.
• Basic computer and digital tool proficiency.
