Cyber Security Leader

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Cyber Security Leader to shape and execute an enterprise‑wide security strategy that aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will own the overall security posture across cloud, on‑premise and SaaS environments while driving a high‑performing Security Operations Center.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously evolve the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end security posture for AWS, Azure, GCP, on‑premise and SaaS workloads.
• Build and scale a 24/7 SOC with SIEM/SOAR orchestration, threat intelligence and incident response.
• Partner with C‑suite and board members to translate technical risk into business impact and guide investment decisions.
• Lead compliance initiatives for ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, PDPA and manage audits and certification readiness.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performance security team, fostering innovation in AI‑powered security and attack surface management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security programs and SOC operations in a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to drive audit and certification processes.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership and board stakeholders.
