About the role
The Cyber Threat Investigator will join a government defence agency to identify and analyse malicious activities targeting our networks and systems. This role focuses on uncovering advanced persistent threats and building comprehensive threat profiles to support proactive defence.
Key responsibilities
- Detect anomalous behaviours using Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Assess the potential malicious nature of identified activities.
- Build and expand detailed threat profiles.
- Describe adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Respond to identified threats as required.
Required profile
- Background in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
- Strong interest in cyber security, especially advanced persistent threats.
- Knowledge of network and/or host‑based intrusion analysis.
- Familiarity with data analytics and scripting.
- Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
