Data Quality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Data Quality Specialist to lead the implementation and adoption of our Data Quality Governance Framework. The role will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define, monitor, and continuously improve data quality standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and enforce data quality rules, controls, standards and processes.
• Engage business stakeholders to capture data quality needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, validation and root‑cause investigations.
• Identify, track and drive resolution of data quality issues.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs and produce regular reporting.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure business logic and data quality requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support SIT, UAT and production data validation activities.
• Promote data quality awareness and governance throughout projects.

Required profile

• Experience in data quality, data governance, business analysis or analytics roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data‑related requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Effective communication with both business and technical audiences.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts, metadata management and data lineage.
