Delivery Manager, Risk & Audit

About the role

Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to lead SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements for its Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. The role focuses on driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and following Diligent’s Services Strategy methodology. It is open to candidates in Singapore, Australia or New Zealand who have the legal right to work and will work in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple end‑to‑end implementations of Diligent solutions from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.
• Manage portfolio operations, including time and scope capture, financials, team utilization and resource planning.
• Translate client goals and processes into clear solution designs and implementation plans that deliver governance, risk and compliance outcomes.
• Own RAID management across projects, maintaining logs of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies and driving mitigation plans.
• Support commercial teams during pre‑sales and post‑sales to grow the client base and ensure satisfaction.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to build user confidence and drive adoption.
• Provide project communication and stakeholder management, delivering status updates and resolving issues quickly.
• Monitor project health diagnostics and initiate corrective actions for scope, timeline, budget or resource drift.
• Coach and mentor senior specialists on project management, delivery excellence and customer enablement.
• Identify opportunities to expand Diligent’s product footprint and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery or operations‑focused roles with strong business acumen.
• Hands‑on experience with technology platforms and complex business processes, using AI to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of operational execution, delivery management and driving projects through the full lifecycle.
• Ability to independently lead projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong stakeholder management, including leading client workshops, training sessions and implementation projects.
• Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
