Delivery Manager (with Business Analyst Experience)

About the role

DXC Luxoft is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Business Analyst experience for a critical Trade Surveillance project in Singapore. The project is built on Q KDB and Python / PySpark and covers the FM Asset Class (Options, Fixed Income, Equities). The role reports to the technical development manager and manages a team of 30+ developers and automation engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders across Financial Markets project teams, agree timelines and funding, and manage governance requirements
• Keep cross-disciplinary teams on track with requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Document workshop actions, track deliverables, prepare gap analyses, business requirement documents and project approval requests
• Work with subject matter experts, document risks and issues and raise them to product owners, business owners and program management
• Take part in testing cycles and help prepare test packs
• Analyse current systems and processes and propose requirements for improvements
• Mentor and guide Python developers and automation engineers, perform code reviews and give constructive feedback
• Prepare the delivery plan, manage the RAID log and liaise with bank stakeholders
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve productivity and delivery quality

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall experience as a Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst
• Business Analyst experience in the FM Asset Class (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) and trade life cycle
• Experience managing a team of 30+ developers, BAs and automation engineers
• Nice to have: experience in trade surveillance or other banking/compliance domains, knowledge of Murex

Required skills

• Technical background in analysing or reviewing code changes
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• English at C2 level (proficient)
