Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner is responsible for end‑to‑end demand planning across selected South East Asia markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Manufacturing, you will ensure accurate forecasts, timely updates and alignment with business targets throughout weekly, monthly and annual planning cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly demand plans in collaboration with country commercial teams.
• Translate commercial forecasts into demand plans, accounting for production and shipping lead times.
• Partner with Supply Planning to manage forecast changes and assess impacts.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy across assigned markets.
• Support S&OP cycles to align demand plans with supply plans, shipment schedules and re‑allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with external partners such as distributors, logistics providers and shipping companies.
• Monitor inbound shipments and ensure warehouse replenishment meets targets.
• Analyze planning tools and work with IT to enhance reporting and data quality.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain or a related role.
• Exposure to FMCG environments with long production or shipment lead times is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and data‑driven.
• Ability to work across markets, functions and time zones.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and/or S/4.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
