Deputy / Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting & Governance

About the role

The Deputy/Assistant Manager will join the Financial Reporting & Governance Division of the LTA Finance Group. The role supports accurate cost allocation, robust financial controls and governance across LTA subsidiaries, ensuring financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly cost allocation, ensure accurate recovery and provide timely analysis for management reporting.
• Advise LTA divisions on cost allocation and accounting treatment.
• Participate in month‑end close, audit schedule preparation, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare submissions in line with the financial governance framework.
• Liaise with auditors, assess observations and follow up on recommendations.
• Support financial system upgrades, conduct user acceptance testing, draft SOPs and deliver change‑management briefings.
• Improve processes using tools such as Robotic Process Automation.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to complete a medical declaration and any further assessments.
