DevOps Deployment Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Deployment Engineer to take full ownership of build, packaging, artifact management and version release processes for R&D deliverables across platform, algorithm and edge‑side SDK teams. You will design and operate standardized pipelines that support multiple languages and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain build pipelines for Python, Go, C/C++ and Frontend projects using tools such as Nuitka, PyInstaller, Go build, CMake/Make and modern frontend build systems.
• Manage deployment on overseas cloud infrastructure (AWS, Alibaba Cloud International) including service rollout, network configuration, load balancing, log monitoring and high‑availability setups.
• Build, optimise and automate CI/CD workflows covering code commit, testing, packaging, deployment and rollback.
• Support complex delivery scenarios such as algorithm model services, edge SDKs and OTA upgrade packages, implementing unified version management, gray releases and rollback mechanisms.
• Design robust online monitoring, log collection, alerting and fault‑response systems to ensure production stability.
• Collaborate with platform, algorithm and engineering R&D teams to define and enforce standardized release and deployment specifications.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering or related build/delivery roles.
• Strong Linux background with Shell and Python scripting skills.
• Proven experience with Docker, Git and mainstream CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Hands‑on experience with at least two of the following languages: Python, Go, C/C++ or Frontend.
• Experience deploying services on at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Azure, etc.) and preferably overseas nodes.
