DevSecOps Engineer – Air Traffic Management

About the role

Thales is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join the Air Traffic Management Systems team in Singapore. You will drive continuous delivery, automation, and security integration across cloud and on‑premises environments, supporting the development of next‑generation ATMS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Provision and manage development, test, staging, and production environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure high availability and resilience with zero‑downtime deployments, blue/green and canary release strategies.
• Integrate code quality, security scanning, release management, and monitoring tools into the delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with System Architects, Release Train Engineers, and agile squads to align delivery practices.
• Provide DevOps coaching on version control, branching, and automated testing.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning by preparing environments and pipelines.
• Embed security practices such as secrets management, code signing, and container scanning into CI pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
• Proven expertise in containerised workloads and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Background in Agile delivery environments and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Ability to automate compliance checks and enforce security policies.
