About the role

The Digital Ambassador will support bank customers across Singapore by handling general enquiries and guiding them toward digital and cashless solutions. This contract position works on‑site in branch environments, helping to enhance the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with general banking enquiries.
Proactively share and explain digital banking platforms and cashless options.
Identify customers' banking needs and refer them to appropriate digital services.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest banking products and suggest alternative solutions when suitable.

Required profile

Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet.
Commitment to branch operating hours for 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Service‑oriented mindset with strong customer focus.

Contract employment with a monthly salary range of SGD 2,000‑2,600.
