Digital Content & Growth Manager

About the role

The Digital Content & Growth Manager will design and execute a high‑impact content strategy that fuels brand awareness, demand generation and customer engagement across all digital channels. Working closely with Growth, Brand, Product Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media and external agencies, you will ensure content is aligned, discoverable and continuously optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated cross‑channel content plan aligned with business objectives and customer journey stages.
• Lead creative strategy for paid acquisition, produce static and video ad assets, and manage A/B testing frameworks.
• Partner with the Organic Growth Manager to create and execute GEO, SEO and AI‑enabled content roadmaps, refreshing content to improve search and AI discoverability.
• Analyse performance metrics across owned and paid channels, identify gaps, and continuously optimise content for higher engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing integrated content programmes and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
