Digital & E‑Commerce Manager – APAC (Beauty)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital & E‑Commerce Manager to lead the APAC digital commerce agenda for a leading international beauty group. Based in Singapore, you will shape strategy, enhance brand desirability and drive execution across multiple marketplaces and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional digital marketing and e‑commerce agenda across APAC, covering marketplaces, social commerce, digital media, content and performance.
• Translate global brand direction into practical digital plans for APAC markets, balancing consistency, local relevance and commercial delivery.
• Drive platform performance across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall and other channels.
• Partner with local markets, distributors, agencies and platform partners to improve campaign quality, conversion, content execution and digital capability.
• Act as the regional digital expert, building clear playbooks, performance insights and guidance for markets at different maturity levels.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably within beauty, skincare or personal care brands.
• Strong brand‑side background with hands‑on SEA marketplace and social commerce execution.
• Deep practical expertise across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada; experience with TMall is a plus.
• Strong beauty sensibility and the judgement to balance brand image, consumer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Strategic mindset to shape regional direction while being hands‑on with marketplace operations, campaign mechanics, analytics and local execution.
