Digital Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and support the execution of digital campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, creative, sales and product teams to boost brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for social media, email and website channels.
• Create, schedule, publish and monitor posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising and influencer collaborations.
• Manage online communities, respond to customer inquiries and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other reporting tools to optimise campaigns.
• Support website updates, landing‑page optimisation and marketing automation initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and stay up‑to‑date with digital trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and content marketing best practices.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, photo and video editing.

Required skills

• Social media scheduling tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later.
• Analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite.
• Design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut.
• SEO and SEM knowledge.
