Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and support digital campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, creative, sales and product teams to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, publish and manage content across social media platforms, websites and email channels.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, coordinate digital campaigns and manage online communities.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience engagement and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Assist with SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising and influencer collaborations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and track digital trends.
• Prepare campaign reports, track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support website updates, landing‑page optimisation and marketing automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management and online brand development.
• Knowledge of major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Familiarity with content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, SEO, SEM and paid digital advertising.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later) is a plus.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or CapCut.
