Digital Marketing Automation Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Automation Executive will support the execution and optimisation of Embed's digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Global Digital Marketing Automation Manager and the wider marketing team, the role blends creative and technical tasks to improve campaign effectiveness and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and maintain marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot and NetSuite CRM, including workflow, form, landing page and email automation development.
• Support lead lifecycle management, audience segmentation and ensure database hygiene across platforms.
• Build, schedule and deploy email newsletters and nurture campaigns, manage lists, conduct A/B testing and monitor performance metrics.
• Assist the Content & Copywriting Manager with research, content planning and copy refinement, leveraging AI tools for draft creation.
• Contribute to SEO initiatives such as keyword research, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and backlink outreach.
