Digital Marketing & Content Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Content Executive will design and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, create short‑form video and graphic content, and support lead‑generation campaigns. You will work closely with organisational leaders to align content with their personal branding and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Douyin and XHS.
• Produce monthly content calendars that reflect business goals and leader branding needs.
• Conceptualise, film, and edit short‑form videos, reels and graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe.
• Manage EDM/email marketing campaigns and assist with paid advertising on Meta, Google and other channels.
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Support event and webinar promotion, including on‑site filming and content creation.
• Coordinate approvals, filming schedules, content deadlines and publishing timelines with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple leaders and understand diverse branding styles.
• Ability to adapt tone, messaging and visual style to different audiences.
• Proactive communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
