Digital Marketing & Events Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Events Executive to join UOB’s Hangout@UOB programme. The role will bridge the bank’s marketing initiatives with partner schools, creating engaging campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive digital adoption and support business growth across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute joint marketing campaigns and events that align with both school objectives and UOB’s strategic focus.
• Collaborate closely with school CCA clubs, school committees and external partners to maximise outreach and participation.
• Design and produce visual, multimedia and video assets that comply with UOB brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Advocate digital banking solutions by promoting internet banking and in‑branch digital platforms to customers and staff.
• Deliver courteous and effective customer service for inquiries received at bank branches, ensuring a positive experience.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for suitable products and services while maintaining seamless and high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing, event coordination and brand communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused attitude and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
