Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, creative and commercially‑minded Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to shape and execute our digital strategy across multiple channels and markets. You will balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, from SEO planning to producing short‑form video content, while driving lead generation and brand visibility in an AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business, brand and growth objectives.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across website, search, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation and conversion.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using web‑analytics tools and apply insights to optimise results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in medical or health‑tech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design and run integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in social‑media content planning, community management and performance optimisation.
• Experience driving data‑driven lead‑generation initiatives.
• Strong web‑analytics expertise, including tracking setup, data interpretation and insight application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working onsite in Singapore.
