Digital Marketing Manager – APAC (Beauty)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our APAC digital, e‑commerce and social commerce initiatives for a leading international beauty group. Based in Singapore, you will translate global brand direction into actionable market plans and drive performance across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional digital marketing and e‑commerce agenda across APAC, covering marketplaces, social commerce, digital media, content and performance.
• Translate global brand direction into practical digital plans for each market, balancing consistency, local relevance and commercial delivery.
• Drive platform performance on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall and other relevant channels.
• Partner with local markets, distributors, agencies and platform partners to improve campaign quality, conversion rates, content execution and digital capability.
• Act as the regional digital expert, creating playbooks, performance insights and guidance for markets at varying maturity levels.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or digital commerce within beauty, consumer, retail or FMCG.
• Strong SEA, North Asia or APAC digital experience, especially across online marketplaces, TikTok/social commerce, paid media and content‑led conversion.
• Brand‑side experience preferred; agency or platform candidates should have prior brand‑side exposure.
• Strong beauty sensibility with the judgement to balance brand image, consumer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Strategic mindset to shape regional direction while being hands‑on with marketplace operations, campaign mechanics, analytics and local execution.
