Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our regional paid media initiatives. In this high‑impact individual contributor role you will work closely with the Head of Paid Ads and cross‑functional teams to drive data‑informed decisions and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Paid Ads and leadership to define, monitor and optimise paid media performance against key business objectives and KPIs.
• Continuously refine campaign structures, testing strategies and budget allocation to maximise marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, gaps and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement data‑driven improvements and enhance outcomes.
• Align paid media strategies with broader business objectives while sharing best practices across the marketing function.
• Maintain a holistic view of the paid media ecosystem, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices.
• Analyse campaign and marketing data to generate actionable insights, support strategic recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing and optimising large‑scale paid media campaigns with a strong track record of performance improvement.
• Deep understanding of the paid media landscape, including major advertising platforms and relevant regional channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
