Digital Marketing Manager – Outreach Central Digital

About the role

The School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) at NUS is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for the Outreach‑Central Digital team. You will shape how prospective postgraduate students discover NUS online and own the performance of key web assets.

Key responsibilities

• Build, format, and maintain web pages primarily on Sitefinity CMS, ensuring proper HTML structure, meta tags and on‑page SEO.
• Install and verify tracking tags/pixels using Google Tag Manager, escalating complex issues to IT.
• Coordinate with the IT team via Salesforce Experience Cloud for backend requirements.
• Develop search‑optimised copy and landing pages for designated articles and programmes.
• Analyse site performance data, test recommendations, and translate SEO insights into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Qualified candidate with experience in website management and digital marketing within an academic or institutional setting.
• Ability to work hands‑on or collaborate with IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess SEO strategy and performance metrics.
