Digital Marketing Manager – Website & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to own the vPost digital storefront and shape the brand’s voice. The role combines website management, content creation, SEO/GEO strategy and partnership development to drive traffic and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the vPost website, managing content, landing pages and basic WordPress maintenance.
• Develop and execute a content calendar, producing blog posts, guides and promotional copy for cross‑border shoppers.
• Identify and secure exclusive deals, coupons and collaborations with international brands and merchants.
• Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve discoverability across traditional and AI‑driven search tools.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align organic content with paid search (SEM) activities and optimise landing pages for conversion.
• Monitor web analytics, report traffic trends and use data to refine marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Hunter mindset with strong negotiation and outreach abilities.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, able to adopt a helpful, savvy brand voice.
• Preferred experience in e‑commerce, logistics or cross‑border shipping.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WordPress (CMS management).
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Strong competency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Ability to coordinate with paid media teams on SEM and keyword strategies.
