Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This is a full‑stack growth position at a boutique ballet school. You will create content, run paid campaigns, handle leads, close sales, and organise events with full autonomy and weekly KPI reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 3–4 short‑form video assets per week for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Lemon8.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta, TikTok and Google ad campaigns hands‑on.
• Manage the WhatsApp lead inbox: respond quickly, book trials, close intro packages, follow up no‑shows and win back lapsed students.
• Execute partnerships and events such as mall activations, corporate wellness packages, KOL collaborations, open houses and referral campaigns.
• Maintain a weekly funnel dashboard tracking leads, trials, conversions, CAC and retention signals.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of growth marketing experience in boutique fitness, wellness, beauty, education, F&B or D2C.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, building and optimising campaigns yourself.
• Ability to shoot and edit short‑form video solo using tools like CapCut or Premiere.
• Proven sales instinct – comfortable owning a lead inbox and being measured on revenue.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for content creation and conversion on Chinese platforms.
• Comfort with funnel metrics (CAC, conversion rates) and basic GA4/pixel tracking.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.

What we offer

• SGD 5,000 base salary per month.
• Uncapped commission with on‑target earnings of SGD 7,000–8,000 per month.
