Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Campaign Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and increase student enrolments. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, paid media management, and partnership development across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow engagement on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu, ensuring timely responses and accurate CRM tracking.
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, directing photography, videography, and graphic design for social media and educational materials.
• Create, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, monitoring cost‑per‑lead, conversion rates and ROI.
• Identify new lead‑generation channels through partnerships with schools, childcare centres and community organisations.
• Support business‑development initiatives through networking, cold outreach and partnership engagement.
• Coordinate with external agencies, provide briefs and feedback, and ensure brand alignment.
• Collaborate with the China team on website localisation and quality assurance.
• Source vendors for printed marketing materials and manage event logistics for open houses, roadshows and workshops.
• Track performance across all channels, prepare regular reports and maintain an organised lead database.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience; education sector experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese is an advantage for Xiaohongshu content.
• Self‑driven, hands‑on, and able to work independently.
