Digital Project Specialist (Learning & Development)

About the role

Timeo-Performance is hiring a Digital Project Specialist to support its strategic partnership with CrossKnowledge, a digital learning solution provider. The specialist contributes to the full implementation of all projects sold under the CrossKnowledge brand and reports to the Managing Director in charge of this partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: manage projects in terms of quality, schedule and efficiency.
• Learning solutions design: engineer fully customised solutions for each client, conceive, launch and follow them up, and contribute ideas to the sales team.
• Communication campaigns: design the communication plan for each solution so that learners are involved in their learning process.
• Change management and empowerment: deliver CrossKnowledge Academy training events for customers, partners and project managers across the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR or a related field.
• Strong interest in L&D matters in large corporations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work with and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Good understanding of current business and HR issues, able to explain ideas convincingly.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, with learning agility and creativity.

Required skills

• Technically savvy and comfortable with new digital concepts.
• HTML coding skills are a big plus.
