Learning Content and Experience Specialist

About the role

A global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator is recruiting a Learning Content and Experience Specialist through its partner agency. The role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality learning content and improving educational materials, mainly around departmental processes, and on building engaging digital learning courses.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality learning content such as text, video, animation, recorded presentations and e-learning, using design best practices, templates and SOP frameworks.
• Explore new technologies such as artificial intelligence and gamification, apply them where applicable and help with technical solutions for e-learning modules.
• Create digital learning courses that engage and motivate end users, linked to people and business needs.
• Run learning design meetings with internal stakeholders, refine raw content and define learning objectives and key learning points.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources with solid learning and development skills and expertise.
• Proven experience in the retail, hospitality or FMCG industry in the Asia Pacific region.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning and capability projects.
• Strong project management, quality control, attention to detail and time management.
• Creative use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video.
• Knowledge of learning and development trends and local government regulations and support.
• Ability to coach, develop, multi-task and adapt to fast-paced change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for digital learning content, including ChatGPT, Synthesia and DALL-E.
• E-learning design and delivery.
