Digital Transformation Education Traineeship

About the role

This six‑month traineeship supports the digital transformation of National Education (NE) content resources for Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) personnel. You will help modernise learning materials and work processes, creating engaging digital experiences for defence‑related education.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in converting traditional learning materials into resonant, interactive digital formats.
• Support the development and management of a digital content repository and knowledge‑management system.
• Ensure digital resources are accessible, engaging, and aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Review existing work processes and recommend suitable digital tools for adoption.
• Drive instructional design initiatives within the NE curriculum.
