Digital Workplace Specialist - Microsoft 365 Administrator

About the role

An established multinational company with over 30 years of experience and a market-leading position in its industry is hiring an experienced IT engineer to join its team. The role is described as permanent with high job stability, in a team-based environment with a strong investment in IT. The candidate will manage end-to-end IT service operations and provide Level 2 support for onsite users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service operations by identifying, logging and resolving technical incidents to minimise business downtime.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for onsite users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365.
• Administer global desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security and mobile device provisioning.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Proven track record with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and SharePoint Online is required.
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender is an added advantage.
