Director, FP&A – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Director, FP&A for Southeast Asia (SEA) will create transparency on financial results, support strategic decision‑making and lead performance management across the region. Reporting to the Senior Director Finance, this senior leader partners with commercial, marketing and finance teams to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute standardized monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc financial forecasting and reporting processes.
• Lead the SEA budgeting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation.
• Provide performance analysis, variance explanations and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Oversee operating working capital, cash‑flow control, margin and overhead analysis.
• Coordinate capex monitoring and approval for all SEA subsidiaries.
• Prepare management information packages for Group Finance, including KPI reporting and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Partner with global corporate functions such as IT, Logistics and Legal to align processes.
• Develop new analytical tools, standards and processes to improve efficiency and decision support.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across commercial, marketing and senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and working‑capital management.
• Ability to drive process improvements and implement standardized financial controls.
