Director, Global Deliver & Customer Logistics – Southeast & North Asia

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a senior leader to drive its Global Deliver & Customer Logistics (GDCL) strategy across Southeast and North Asia. Reporting to regional supply‑chain leadership, the Director will ensure reliable product delivery, cost‑effective operations, and an exceptional customer experience for orthopaedic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GDCL strategy for SENA markets, aligning with APAC and global supply‑chain objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end customer logistics, distribution, and delivery, accountable for service, cost, quality and compliance.
• Partner with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory and Finance teams to guarantee uninterrupted product supply, especially in Japan.
• Drive continuous‑improvement, digital enablement and operational‑excellence initiatives across warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, global standards and internal policies.
• Develop and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, fostering accountability and inclusion.
• Represent SENA markets in APAC GDCL forums, influencing strategy and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Proven leadership in a multinational, regulated environment.
