Director, HRBP of Overseas Sales

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR leader to drive the design and execution of comprehensive HR systems for our overseas sales operations across APAC, EMEA and South America. Reporting to senior business leadership, the Director, HR Business Partner will align talent strategies with revenue growth and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of full‑spectrum HR policies, compensation, performance management and employee relations for all regional branches.
• Partner with regional business leaders to develop workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives that support revenue targets.
• Lead and standardise regional HRBP teams, improving efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure labour‑law compliance and manage employment risk across all covered countries.
• Build localized talent acquisition and development frameworks, establishing succession pipelines for critical roles.
• Collaborate with headquarters HR functions to roll out digitalised, standardised HR workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 10 years of HR experience, including 3 years leading overseas HRBP teams.
• Deep knowledge of labour regulations in Asia‑Pacific, Europe‑Africa and South America.
• Proven expertise across core HR modules (policy, compensation, performance, relations).
• Fluent in Chinese and English with strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across borders and perform under high‑pressure environments.
