Director, International Pricing & Revenue Management

About the role

The International Pricing & Revenue Management Director partners with Master Franchisee organizations and Domino’s Pizza International teams to shape pricing strategies that drive revenue, profitability and market competitiveness across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support international markets in defining, refining and optimizing pricing strategies for all menu categories and channels.
• Provide hands‑on strategic pricing consulting from opportunity assessment through execution.
• Leverage competitive benchmarking, market trends and economic factors to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations and supply‑chain teams to align pricing with business objectives.
• Lead A/B testing and price‑elasticity studies to evaluate impact of price changes.
• Drive menu optimisation initiatives to enhance value perception and sales mix.
• Utilise data analytics and modelling to assess pricing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and track key pricing performance indicators and conduct margin analysis.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data‑driven pricing strategies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing abilities at senior levels across diverse markets.
• Experience working with international market leadership, finance, brand and digital centres of excellence.
• Ability to translate consumer insights and competitive intelligence into actionable pricing recommendations.
