Director, International Tax

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of International Tax to lead and expand our Tax Advisory Team. The role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and thought‑leadership activities to strengthen our market position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and building the Tax Advisory Team, shaping its service offering and growth strategy.
• Coach, mentor and supervise team members to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong, enduring client relationships aligned with the firm’s 7Ps value system.
• Enhance market presence by contributing papers, delivering talks, participating in seminars and serving on professional committees.
• Oversee quality control and risk management for all tax advice issued by the firm.
• Perform any other duties required to support departmental and organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience, with solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax.
• International tax experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management capabilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
