Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will safeguard the financial integrity, stability and performance of COMO Hotels and Resorts. Reporting to the Vice President Finance and supervising four direct reports, this senior leader partners with hotel operations to drive profitability and support strategic initiatives across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for all properties, subsidiaries and corporate entities.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with IFRS, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinate operating and capital budgets, and manage rolling forecasts.
• Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis and business‑case evaluations to support strategic decisions.
• Analyse key hospitality performance indicators such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP and EBITDA, providing insights to improve operational performance.
• Prepare executive‑level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, the Board and owners.
• Maintain strong internal controls, treasury and cash‑flow management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
