About the role
The Director of Media for the JAPAC region will lead a multi‑million‑dollar media investment portfolio, shaping the narrative that moves global accounts from awareness to closed‑won partnerships. This senior position blends strategic vision with hands‑on media operations to drive pipeline velocity and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the media investment philosophy for JAPAC, focusing on pipeline acceleration and market share growth.
- Design non‑linear, omnichannel journeys that engage entire buying groups across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Lead innovation across emerging B2B formats such as CTV, podcasts, OOH/DOOH, and creator partnerships.
- Influence the AdTech/MarTech roadmap and ensure optimal use of platforms like 6Sense, Demandbase, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Oversee media operations, agency workflows, budget pacing, and data integrity to maintain a transparent media P&L.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large‑scale media programs in the JAPAC region.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate spend into measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in a high‑stakes, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Ability to work onsite full‑time while collaborating across global teams.
